How to identify the quality difference of LED light strip in view of these two differences

1、 Look at the cleanliness of LED light strip. If SMT process is adopted, the general situation of LED light strip is very clean, and no impurities and stains can be seen. However, if the LED lamp belt produced by manual welding process is adopted, the general situation of LED strip is no matter how to clean, there are stains and cleaning traces in the city, and at the same time, flux and tin residue will remain in FPC

2、 See solder joint. The regular LED light belt manufacturer produces LED light belt is produced by SMT chip technology, solder paste and reflow welding process. Therefore, the solder joints on LED light belt are greasy and have little solder flux. The solder joints extend from FPC pad to LED electrode in arc shape.

3、 FPC quality. FPC is divided into two types: copper coating and calendering copper. Copper foil of copper plate is convex. If you look at it carefully, it can be seen from the connection between pad and FPC. While calendering copper is closely connected with FPC, it can be bent arbitrarily without falling off.
